الشروط والأحكام

1. الموافقة
باستخدامك Oli ai على olisaas.com (الخدمة)، المقدمة من MindShift، القاهرة، مصر، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، لا تستخدم الخدمة.
2. الخدمة
Oli مساعد أعمال بالذكاء الاصطناعي يساعدك في اختيار منتجات MindShift (مثل بسيط، بيلدورا، مينيو تاب، وورلد سايت، يومي، الوسيط، واصل) وتجهيزها وإدارتها. كل منتج له شروطه الخاصة التي تنطبق عليه بجانب هذه الشروط.
3. الحساب
- تدخل بكود يُرسل إلى بريدك أو واتساب. حافظ على بريدك ورقمك، وأنت مسؤول عن أي نشاط يتم من حسابك.
- يجب أن تكون بيانات حسابك صحيحة، وأن يكون عمرك 18 سنة على الأقل.
4. الباقات والرصيد والدفع
- تشمل باقات Oli عددًا من المشروعات النشطة ورصيد AI لكل مدة. الأسعار بالجنيه المصري وتظهر قبل الدفع.
- كل رد من Oli في المحادثة يستهلك رصيدًا واحدًا على الأقل حسب نوع المهمة، ويظهر لك السعر قبل أي مهمة تتجاوز 5 رصيد. الاختصارات والتواصل مع الفريق مجانية.
- الدفع مقدمًا عن طريق Paymob. لا يتجدد أي اشتراك تلقائيًا. تفاصيل الإلغاء والاسترداد في سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء.
- قد نغيّر الأسعار بإشعار مسبق 30 يومًا، ولا يؤثر التغيير على مدة دفعت ثمنها بالفعل.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
- لا تستخدم الخدمة في أي نشاط مخالف للقانون، أو لإرسال رسائل مزعجة، أو للتحايل على الحدود والرصيد، أو لمحاولة الوصول لبيانات غيرك.
- لا تكتب في المحادثة كلمات سر أو أرقام بطاقات أو أكواد دخول.
- يحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
6. ردود الذكاء الاصطناعي
ردود Oli يكتبها نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي وقد تكون غير دقيقة أحيانًا. راجع أي معلومة مهمة قبل الاعتماد عليها. الردود ليست استشارة قانونية أو مالية أو ضريبية.
7. الملكية
الخدمة وتصميمها وعلامتها التجارية ملك MindShift. بياناتك ومحتوى مشروعاتك ملكك، وتمنحنا حق استخدامها فقط لتقديم الخدمة لك.
8. توفر الخدمة وحدود المسؤولية
- نعمل على أن تكون الخدمة متاحة دائمًا، لكن قد تتوقف أحيانًا للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.
- في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة أو خسارة الأرباح، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعته لنا خلال الـ12 شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة.
9. إنهاء الحساب
تقدر تطلب إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت بالتواصل معنا. قد نوقف أو ننهي أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
10. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكم القاهرة بأي نزاع لم يُحل وديًا خلال 30 يومًا.
11. التعديلات
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، ونخطرك بأي تغيير جوهري قبل تطبيقه بـ30 يومًا على الأقل.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Oli ai at olisaas.com (the Service), provided by MindShift, Cairo, Egypt, you agree to these Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Oli is an AI business assistant that helps you choose, set up and run MindShift products (such as Baseet, Buildoura, MenuTap, WorldSite, Yawmy, Al Waseet and Wasil). Each product has its own terms, which apply alongside these.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a code sent to your email or WhatsApp. Keep your email and phone secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Your account details must be accurate, and you must be at least 18 years old.
4. Plans, credits and payment
- Oli plans include a number of active projects and AI credits per period. Prices are in EGP and shown before you pay.
- Each Oli chat answer uses at least one credit depending on the task; the price is shown before any task above 5 credits. Shortcuts and contacting the team are free.
- Payment is in advance through Paymob. Nothing renews automatically. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to send spam, to get around limits or credits, or to access other people's data.
- Do not type passwords, card numbers or sign-in codes into the chat.
- We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
6. AI answers
Oli's answers are written by an AI model and can sometimes be wrong. Check anything important before relying on it. Answers are not legal, financial or tax advice.
7. Ownership
The Service, its design and brand belong to MindShift. Your data and project content are yours; you allow us to use them only to provide the Service to you.
8. Availability and liability
- We aim to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo handle any dispute not settled amicably within 30 days.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and will notify you of any material change at least 30 days before it applies.
